KayInspirer Sincerity
HRbyFaith
Everyone has a place, be hopeful and find yours. Never stop learning. Find areas in your life where you need growth. Recognize and improve your emotions. Change is good. Working eighteen years in a Human Resources Management role, I have seen a lot. My stance is Sincerity, stand for myself and others, knowing it wouldn't go well for me.
There is someone who has never left me or failed me, and that is God. I firmly believe that I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. I am very self-confident, but I have and do balance that with humility. I hope that my website brings some joy, encouragement, learning, and a smile to someone.
"Have not i commanded thee, Be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9 KJV
Hello World

I have a BSc. degree in Organizational Leadership, and a A.A. degree in Business-Human Resources, Trainer Coaching and Leading Others. God has blessed me with the Gift of Mercy and Leadership to use my skills to provide aid to people in need, including professional service to small businesses. I am assertive, genuine, fair, greatly experienced, paramount integrity, and keen on "honesty and truth".
Important facts that I have learned is Understanding My Impact as a leader, a mother, wife, friend, and family member (& society). Throughout my career, I have always circled back to see how can i help people. In addition, it is imperative for managers and leaders to be professional, learn the impact on how you lead, you must deal with conflict and not shy away from it. Managers strive in many ways by obtaining professional development and leadership training, diversity training, and employee relations training. It is imperative that applicants, employees, and management understand their impact.

As a kid, teenager, and now an adult, and throughout my professional career as a Certified genuine leader and HR Professional, I have always circle back to see how I can use my skills and education that I have earned and developed along the way, to help people in need. As a follower of Jesus Christ, I have an obligation to help others. It is my aim and aspiration. Thank you for stopping by. We appreciate your service request.
Your Resume should be straightforward. If you are a customer service representative, your resume/work experience should reflect those skills. You will want a recruiter, and/or hiring manager, to be able to point out your skills quickly and to see if your experiences match the job that you are applying for. You can always include other key skills.
