My leadership response to discrimination in this world
As a Leader, I would like to share, I have experienced racism from a teenager through my adult years, but never with fear because my parents taught me extraordinary self-esteem and not allow society to place a perception on who you are, what you look like, your skin color. I was taught to stand, I have never had an ounce of thought that anyone was superior than me, ever. For starters my heart follows Jesus Christ, he is the One and Only, the First and Last, and the Beginning and the End, so I look to Him.
My words, my action, is to demonstrate Jesus Christ, to be assertive and make sure that is out-front, to support and stands wholeheartedly in unity with anyone who has/is discriminated against because of the color of their skin, the continual injustice on whatever level, hidden racism on jobs, schools, neighborhoods. A racist person HEART is the issue, this is a taught, learned behavior and it is evil. Sorry, people don't want to hear this, but it is the TRUTH.

Everyone has or will face obstacles in life. I find encouragement can come from us talking with others that have experienced similar problems. One example would be; the many issues we are faced with on our jobs, i.e., poor leadership, bully manager, jealous co-workers/subordinates, companies sweeping serious issues under the rug, and/or our own excuses or fault. Let's discuss!
I thank God for blessing me with the Gift of Mercy and Leadership, to use my skills to provide aid to people in need, including professional service to small businesses. I am assertive, genuine, fair, greatly experienced, paramount integrity, and keen on "honesty and truth".
Important facts that I have learned is Understanding My Impact as a leader, a mother, wife, friend, and family member (& society). Throughout my career, I have always circled back to see how can i help people. In addition, it is imperative for managers and leaders to be professional, learn the impact on how you lead, you must deal with conflict and not shy away from it.
Everyone has a place on Earth, the world that God created for us to live and work.
Someone has to clean, work construction, work the many vegetable fields, be a teacher, a coach, work at fast food, medical field, genuine organizations that help the poor, and so many more occupations. God blesses us to be a blessing to others.
